Job Description

Our Client:

A top Insurance player in Hong Kong

Role Overview:

• Drive / facilitate channel on new business and repeat purchase by

providing end to end business strategy inclusive but not limited to recruitment, sales process, sales incentive, post sales service, business events, conventions, etc.
analyzing KPI and other big data to implement business plannings
preparing and conducting product and new regulatory training to the channel
placing periodically visits to assigned zone
meeting Sales Heads regularly to provide relative support
increasing complaince awareness of the channel

Ideal Profiles:

• Bachelor degree holder in any discipline

• 3 years of experience in channel sales management or 5 years of experience in insurance selling within Retail/Private Banking or Brokerage

• Good understanding in life insurance industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing
