  • Excellent manner in receiving visitors and incoming telephone calls

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail for company and clients

  • Managing office petty cash and stationery

  • Preparation and accounting of cheque payments

  • Some secretarial and office services support


Requirements

  • Pleasant character, good English and Putonghua

  • Form 5 or above education, accurate data input skills

  • Preferably some book-keeping knowledge

  • Hardworking, willing attitude to learn and assume responsibility
