Our client is a leading financial institution with years of track record and global presence. They are currently looking for a vibrant Finance Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

- Review financial statement, management accounts, investor capital accounts, capital call and oversees the fund accounting cycle 

- Liaison with external fund administrator to prepare and review for PE fund and co-investment vehicles financial reports, NAV valuation, etc.

- Handle carried interest calculation, waterfall calculation models 

- Lead and support junior team members 

- Liaise with auditors, tax representatives, and other counter parties on operational matters 

Ideal Candidate:

- Degree holder in Commerce/Accounting

- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in PE fund area 

- Qualified CPA 

- Good knowledge on PE funds

- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure, ambitious team player 

- Proficiency in spoken and reading English/Cantonese/Mandarin
