Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance and direction to team members in their daily tasks and ensure that all assigned tasks are duly completed within the required time frame.
- Check and authorize customer database / system data inputted by team members.
- Ensure all account opening documents are meets AMLO / Banking requirement(s) and kept up-to-date.
- Escalate the overdue KYC status to Compliance / Management / RM.
- Co-ordinate and communicate with Front Office RMs / Customer
to resolve client on-boarding issue.
- Co-ordinate with IT vendor in maintenance and enhancement of the
core banking system.
- Provide training and share market update knowledge to team members.
- Perform any job duties assigned by Head of Operations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration / Banking, with 8-10 years relevant experiences in client on-boarding
/ KYC documentation experiences.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese(Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiar with
AMLO is highly preferable.
- Willing work over-time and a team player.
