Job Description

 

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide guidance and direction to team members in their daily tasks and ensure that all assigned tasks are duly completed within the required time frame.
Check and authorize customer database / system data inputted by team members.
Ensure all account opening documents are meets AMLO / Banking requirement(s) and kept up-to-date.
Escalate the overdue KYC status to Compliance / Management / RM.
Co-ordinate and communicate with Front Office RMs / Customer to resolve client on-boarding issue.
Co-ordinate with IT vendor in maintenance and enhancement of the core banking system.
Provide training and share market update knowledge to team members.
- Perform any job duties assigned by Head of Operations.


Requirements:
 

Degree holder or above in Business Administration / Banking, with 8-10 years relevant experiences in client on-boarding / KYC documentation experiences.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese(Mandarin & Cantonese) 
Proficient in MS Office.
Familiar with AMLO is highly preferable.
Willing work over-time and a team player.
