Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and training to ensure required standards of product knowledge and customer services are achieved
• In charge and manage daily operation of frontline staffs including Therapist team and Customer Service team
• Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service is delivered to each customer 
• Implement company guidelines, visual directions and store policies in centres operations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' experience in sales and operations in Aesthetic Beauty industry
• A proven track record in managing treatment centre operations at a managerial level
• Self-motivated, independent, result oriented
• Strong leadership and business acumen
  
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
