Responsibilities:

• Directly report to Customer Experience Manager
• Assist the manager to prepare operation manuals, process workflows & procedure guidelines.
• Assist in executing new projects and coordinate with different departments to ensure effective project implementation
• Responsible for data consolidation and prepare reports to facilitate management decisions.
• Support shop operation and service audit
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Passionate, good sense of data and organization skills.
• Degree Holder in business related discipline
• At least 1 year experience in project management for enhancing customer service preferably in beauty/ retail industry  
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good analytical and project management skills
• Good command of Mandarin and English
