Responsibilities:

• Responsible to liaise and co-ordinate with Main Contractor, consultants, architects clients and sub-contractors etc.
• Responsible for project and site coordination & planning, on-site measurement, co-ordinate installation works, attend site meetings, material submission.
• Able to handle full set of construction drawings with practical detailing experience.
  
  

Requirements:

• Certificate / Higher Certificate / Associate Degree or equivalent in Building / Building or other related discipline preferred; Candidates graduated from other fields will also be considered. 
• Minimum 2 years work experience preferred; fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Experiences in building services works / structural alteration and additions works/ renovation works is highly preferable but not necessary.
• Experiences in aluminium cladding, glass wall, curtain wall, glass balustrade, aluminium grille is highly preferable.
• Be responsible, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
• To be based on site.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS office are necessary
• Well discipline, hard working, responsible, able to work independently and willing to work overtime.
• Immediate available is preferable.
