Job Description
Working Location: North Point, Hong Kong close to Quarry Bay MTR station.
Requirement:
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and MS Word, Excel & Power Point,
- Fluency both in English and Mandarin.
- Willing to develop his /her career to lighting designer.
- 2-3 years or more relevant working experience in Architectural industry for Lighting Designer
- Fresh Graduate is considered as Assistant Lighting Designer
- Communicate between client, relative consultants and constructor
- Attend the project meeting and business traveling to outside of Hong Kong
Qualification : Architecture/Building/Construction

Today, LPA has a team of international and unique lighting design specialists at its offices in Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. While the majority of LPA projects are in the area of architectural lighting design, ranges widely from residential, hotel, office, commercial, public space, landscape as well as full-scale urban lighting planning projects.
Over years of contribution to the professional lighting industry, LPA won international recognition and received diverse awards for our notable projects, include The Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IES), International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and so on.
As a leading lighting consultant in the world, we treasure distinctive lighting culture around us and across the globe. Thanks to the lead by our founder Kaoru Mende and our endless curiosity towards lighting, “The Lighting Detectives”, a non-profit group dedicated to the study of lighting culture was formed. We study, research, promote and even evoke the prospect of future lighting through various activities. Including but not limited to City Night Walk, Lighting Survey, Children Workshops, Transnational Lighting Detective Forum and etc.
We are not satisfied with knowledge from books, but we go out into the streets where physical examples of lighting are found.
