- In charge of daily office administration routine so as to provide an efficient and comfortable workplace
- Responsible for office equipment and supplies, facilities maintenance contract renewal including outside storage space rental
- Provide full support in travel arrangement for regional travelers and overseas visitors including scheduling meeting or appointments, flight and hotel bookings, etc
- Oversee office renovation or remodeling projects, when required
- Responsible for company’s staff activities or events
- Support human resources or visual merchandise administration such as invoicing, coordinating with vendors, consolidating reports, etc
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Post secondary education with at least 7 years’ relevant experience in sizeable company, preferably MNC
- Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders from all levels
- Excellent negotiation skills and able to manage and maintain good relationship with external vendors
- Flexible, well-organized and able to perform multi-tasks independently
- Be open and proactive, and capable in dealing with changes in a fast pace environment
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- A good team player with outgoing and positive personality
