The Job:

• The incumbent will be assigned to work for and under the supervision of Architectural Services Department. He / She will be responsible for the clerical services and to undertake other related duties.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or equivalent education qualification with good knowledge of written and spoken English language;
• Attain a speed of 40 words per minute of English typing and 20 words per minutes for Chinese typing; and
• Good knowledge on the use of word processing / computer is essential.
