Job Description

職責:

負責監督地盤工程，包括施工程序、工程進度、成本與質量控制、安全措施、判頭及工人協調工作；
處理一般日常地盤文件及記錄；
協助訂購物料等地盤日常工作。

要求:

持相關文憑/證書課程；
至少有3年地盤監督經驗；
持有效的工人註冊証及平安咭；
具備良好人際關係及溝通技巧；
懂得閱讀圖則，持有安全督導員執照及(T1)建築文憑優先。
