- Responsible for the new mobile product feasability report, which should include customers' requirements, product prototype, usage model and other market information.
- Coordinate the support departments for product development, UAT test and product launch preparation.
- Prepare product documents, user mannuals and trainings.
- Engage in regular meetings with sales、marketing and CS teams to support promotion and retention.
- Engage in market research and product planning
Requirements:
- At least 3 years or above mobile product and marketing experiences in mobile telecom industry, preferable in the MVNO of HK/Mainland
- Good communication and project management skills
- Good sense with the market and customer needs
- Good command of Mandarin,English and Cantonese
- Good writing skills in both Chinese and English
