Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with Senior in participating PRC architectural design project
• Require to complete interior design project from concept design stage to Design Development stage
• Capable to deliver space planning, design concept and production of working drawings through to project completion
• Capable to produce 2 and 3-dimensional concept and detailing design and good understanding of materials and furniture sources

Requirements

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
• Good understanding of Hong Kong and Mainland building regulation
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in corporate office and commercial design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Max and MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Baisc knowledge on building codes and ordinances and M&E is an advantage
• Mature, able to perform multi-tasks with minimum supervision and with good time management
• Self-motivated and with multi-tasking ability
• Proficient in Putonghua and English
