About the Company

Our client is a market leader in HK to provide lighting solution & installation for various property development projects, including residential, commercial buildings, shopping malls etc. They are now expanding their Sales team and looking for a Sales Manager to develop their customer base and handle tenders. The shortlisted candidate will deal with Designer, Developer, Architect and Facility Management Company.

Job Description

• Report to CEO and responsible in various property projects and tender submission
• Maintain existing network and create new opportunities.
• Plan & achieve sales target
• Develop specification works with architects & designers
• Build up strong network with corporate clients, designers & contractors
• Involve in after-sales installation, fitting out projects and ensure project timeline & deliverable are met
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and identify business trends and opportunities

Why you?

• University graduate
• At least 7 years of sales experience in selling lighting & optics solution
• Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skill.
• Good Connection with Users, architects/ interior designers, property developer and Contractors.
• Fluent in both written & spoken English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Well organized, independent with high sense of responsibility.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
