Responsibilities:

l  Plan and implement digital marketing solution in order to bloom sales

l  Initiate and execute affiliate programs to achieve revenue goals

l  Plan and execute SEM, SEO, eDM

l  Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled digital posts

l  Monitor performance of social media and digital marketing efficiency and campaign effectiveness

l  Define and implement online sales strategy and traffic optimization

l  Provide campaign analysis and optimization suggestions to achieve goals

l  Evaluate the performance of initiatives and provide reviews of campaigns and trends using Google Analytics

l  Set up weekly campaign performance reports as well as provide strategic analysis and optimization recommendations

l  Bring awareness of organic and paid traffic best practices to support local incremental traffic growth and sales target

l  Manage and monitor On-line business daily operations

l  Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirement

l  Bachelor in e-Business/Digital Marketing or related disciplines;

l  3 years digital marketing working experience

l  Working knowledge and experience in GA, SEO, SEM, display network and retargeting ad

l  Good knowledge in Google Analytics and Google Adwordsis highly preferred

l  Deep understanding of digital media systems and affiliate networks

l  Profound experience with traffic analytics tools, ideally in both, Paid Traffic and Organic Traffic

l  Good fashion sense, detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills

l  Good presentation, communication and influencing skills

l  Good team player with strong sense of responsibility

l  Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, think out of the box and able to work fast-paced working environment

l  Good command in English and Chinese

l  Occasional travel is required
