The Role:

• Report to Head of Supply Chain and handle all rounded operational support to ensure efficient logistics & supply chain process in the e-commerce channel
• Work closely with local marketing and sales teams, as well as global supply centers on timely planning, forecast, and replenishment
• Coordinate with distributors on order fulfillment and invoice settlements
• SAP system update and data monitoring
• Handle other ad-hoc issues from customer compliant, product quality, to import license issues
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or in business related discipline
• About 2 years supply chain / logistics related work experience in Retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced industry.
• Knowledge in SAP system (MM/SD/APO) and e-commerce business ideal
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
