Responsibilities:

• Assist PR Team Head in handling media relations and branding.
  • Assist in formulating strategies of media relations and budget planning;
  • Support Team Head to coordinate work arrangement for all meetings that are related to media relations, draft meeting minutes and execute meeting outcomes;
  • Build strong and effective relationship with local and overseas media, handle media interview requests, regular press enquiries and to work with internal parties on media reply if necessary;
  • Draft and edit press release, speeches and advertorials, in an innovative way;
  • Provide all-round support on crisis management involving media;
• Undertake and enhance corporate communication.
  • Collect and edit corporate information worth media coverage;
  • update Corporate website, Wechat, Global Insight, etc. regularly;
  • develop innovative contents and forms for corporate publicity through new media, i.e., social media, H5, short videos;
  • Prepare internal media materials, such as internal memo
• Initiate and execute successful corporate events through effective communications with internal and external parties.
  • Assist in organizing corporate annual conference;
  • Assist in organizing internal recreational activities;
  • Assist in participation of external conferences;
  • Liaise with vendors for event execution
• Such other duties as shall be directed by your superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

• Master Degree in related majors, such as media, communication, journalism;
• Fresh graduate with rich experiences in internship with media or finance, and passionate about extracurricular activities such as organizing recreational events;
• Proficiency in Mandarin & English speaking and writing, Fluent in Cantonese speaking;
• Well-versed in office soft-wares;
• Multi-tasking and good team worker under pressure and with resilience;
• Proactive and detail-minded with strong project management and time management skills.
