Responsibilities:

• Provide quality news articles
• Support and handle ad hoc projects as assigned
• Support e-payment operations such as Alipay, Wechat Pay, etc.
• Assist in installing e-payment equipment
• Provide onsite training and support to e-payment users
• Work collaboratively with teams and users to deliver assigned projects and tasks on schedule and to run daily operations smoothly

Requirements:

• Good understanding of online shopping
• Familiar with social media and latest trend
• Multimedia and graphic design
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in Customer Service or in e-payment field would be an advantage
• A good team player, detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
