Job Description
Based in our Chengdu office, supporting Office Manager and the rest of the team, you will do everything to ensure that our inspection programs go smoothly and consistently exceed our clients’ expectations, while maintain the highest standards of service quality.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive quality operation process efficiency improvement;
- Assist manager to coordinate team and leaders;
- Assist manager on daily/quarterly/yearly KPI measurement of the team;
- Lead and drive the quality projects dedicated by manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, better 3-5 years’ experience on supply chain industry or project management;
- Good communication, leadership with good interpersonal skills;
- Able to drive KPI, result oriented and open minded;
- Good capacity to resist pressure, self-motivated;
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
