Job Description
We are currently looking for R&D Engineer / Senior R&D Engineer. Major duties include:
- Development of advanced power semiconductor device technologies
- Design of device, process and masks layout
- TCAD simulation
- Process and modules development
- Foundry communication
- Design failure analysis
- Patents application
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering, or in Materials Science or Physics with background in microelectronics or semiconductor devices
- Fresh graduates or experienced engineers in the semiconductor industry
- Knowledge in semiconductor devices such as diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc. will be a plus
- Knowledge in TCAD simulation, wafer fabrication, electronic packaging and device characterization will be a plus
