Our client is a developer with strong presence in Hong Kong, and they are now looking for a dynamic candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & repair of building fabrics/ A&A works for residential / commercial complex in a timely manner
• Assist Manager to carry out feasibility studies
• Update all statutory submission records and technical documents
• Work independently and co-ordinate with in-house teams to ensure projects are completed following procedures required by corporate management
• Oversee and standardize practice and process
• Responding to clients’ inquiries and feedback
• Attend emergency calls & owners’ committee meetings when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications (HKIS, RICS) is essential
• 6 – 10 years’ consultancy/ developer solid work experience
• Project experience in shopping malls and Grade A commercial buildings is highly preferred 
• Familiar with statutory submission procedures and requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese 
• A team player with pleasant attitude, able to work with different stakeholders (estate management, subordinates, general public)
