Job Description:

An electronics quality assurance engineer is responsible for testing and analyzing electronics, in order to insure their quality and safety for either professional or everyday use. Job duties may include setting up test cases, developing scenarios, reporting issues, and diagnosing technical problems. Test cases may be conducted in multiple environments to assure that the product can stand up to everyday uses.

Electronics quality assurance engineers must also communicate their findings with other professionals such as Product Development Manager, Product Manager, and Sourcing Manager. They can specialize in a number of industries such as communications, healthcare, transportation, and signal processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and direct prevention-based quality and engineering strategies, policies, processes, training and technology systems across all partners to achieve full compliance with all applicable laws/regulations, and delivery of safe product to minimize financial and public relations exposure to the company ;
• Develop and implements quality strategies for product categories, environmental initiatives, and regulatory issues
• Involve in Product Development Projects for Consumer Electronics Products;
• Develop and direct process to provide a competitive advantage and maximizes each product experience with the customers;
• Meeting or exceeding customer expectations with respect to product quality by benchmarking and comparison testing processes;
• Conduct Factory Audit and take charge of testing process including: inspection protocols for a diverse line of product categories;
• Direct and manage continuous quality program to improve quality-related processes throughout the product lifecycle from new product development through sourcing and production until end of life;
• Publish and maintain quality assurance manual, including policies, procedures and process descriptions, and is responsible for training for its contents;
• Direct and develop training and education of quality assurance to all departments of the company, vendors and testing and inspection partners;
• Ensure proper and frequent reporting to management and in charge of bringing up risks as those arise during the product life cycle.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related disciplines;
• 5+ years relevant experience preferably in production lines of electronics products; experience in warehouse/logistics flows and quality control for mobile technologies would be a definite advantage;
• Experience and strong interest in Start-Up and Policies Implementation would be a definite plus;
• Experience of testing and inspection processes. Familiar with ISO standards;
• Knowledge of international trade requirements, environmental policy, intellectual property rights, and international compliance processes;
• Ability to manage strategic, tactical and operational business activity;
• Strong reporting and analytical skills;
• Mandarin speaking is a must.
