Responsibilities: 

• Handle accounting functions and cashflow management. 
  
• Independent to handle full sets of accounts and preparing monthly financial statements
• Reconciliation of inter-company transaction, bank reconciliation and preparation of audit schedules.
• Preparation of monthly financial statements, analysis and other management reports.
• Prepare montly payroll and MPF calculations
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in handing full set of oveseas account.
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently.
• Fair in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Chinese Work Processing and experience in MYOB is a MUST.
• Good communication skills, able to work and interface well with personnel at various levels. 
• Immediate available preferred.
