• Excellent knowledge of Ramen and cooking skills.
• Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities.
• Able to respond to rapidly demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
• Able to work flexibly according to business demand.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage daily operations and cost-efficiency with budget
• Seasonal menus creations
• Inspecting ingredients for quality and freshness and supervising all food preparation
• Sourcing sustainable and organic ingredients
• Ensure every kitchen section work effectively
• Maintain company reputation
• Monitor consumption and maximise capacity of resources
• Weekly schedule generation for restaurant
• Attend management meeting according to company needs
