Responsibilities:

- Manage the cost, time and human source of QS department and external professional consultants

- Estimate capex for different project

- Draft tender & contract documents, handle tender clarification and evaluation, negotiation with suppliers on the pricing and other commercial terms, prepare tender report, support contract administration, cost control, final account, etc.

- Co-ordinate with project team to assess the reasonableness of the scope / specification of different renovation projects

- Advance procurement strategy and service-level agreement with different department for facility management term contracts,

- Prepare analysis on latest market information in Fitting out project, E&M consultancy, facility management, etc.

- Manage suppliers’ relationship, evaluate and monitor suppliers’ performance, source new consultants and contractors annually

- Update the policy & procedures and management reporting regularly

Requirement:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Accountancy or related disciplines

- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in fitting out / A&A projects is preferred. Experience in F&B or Food Manufacturing project is an advantage.

- Conversant with contract and cost management

- Good ethical standard, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

- Independent, good team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese and the ability to handle documents and presentation materials.

- Relevant Professional qualification (HKIS, RICS, RPS or equivalent) is an advantage

- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position Senior Manager (Quantity Surveyor)
