Reporting to the Team Manager, the main responsibility of the Technician is to professionally handles all fulfillment process for the SmartPOS terminal. In order to do so, the Technician has to carefully carry out all procedures and routines as defined by management and maintain a quality of service of Tradelink.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provide on-site installation, training and support to clients
• Provide assistance and help desk support to clients via hotline
• Escalate and work with development team on system changes, and technical issues

Job Specifications: 

• HKDSE / F.5 or above
• Hardworking, willing to work outdoor
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Effective communication, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation skills.
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
• Work on shift as arranged by the Company (Day shift: 09:00-18:30; Night shift: 13:30-22:00). Required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and statutory/public holidays
• Immediate available is preferred
