-        Responsible for  monitoring and control of operational activities for routine maintenance, building improvement, alternation and emergency service; Prepare  quotation / tender and supervision of subcontractors' works

-         Higher Diploma or above in E&M/BS/Building Studies or related subjects

-          Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate of Grade B

-         At least 4 years or above relevant experience in building maintenance and E&M works

-        Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese; fair in English & Putonghua

-         Self-motivated and capable to work independently
