Our client is one of the industry leaders in consumer sector.   Due to business need, they are seeking a high calibre Head of Strategic Business Intelligence and Loyalty Program Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Intelligence professionals
• Design and implement the overall data analytics framework to enhance business results 
• Drive synergy of data across business units, digital channels and the loyalty program
• Analyze and provide business insights for long-term business growth
• Formulate and implement the overall data management and analytics strategy including data governance framework, modeling, and segmentation
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure relevant data mapping and effective use of data
• Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• University graduate in relevant discipline
• At least 20 years of relevant experience in business intelligence/data analytics in consumer sectors 
• Experience in loyalty Program Management/CRM/customer data analysis
• Expertise in applications of database management and analysis, data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview) and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, VBA and ETL
• Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
