Nakama has partnered with a leading media organization that has a global reach in their search for a Digital Project Manager to join their Hong Kong team. They will be an integral part of their new digital initiatives.

The Project Manager will have a technical background with experience delivering digital platforms, they will be someone who has a deep understanding of front and back-end development. Having a solution mindset will be extremely advantageous for successfully delivering applications and managing project teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee website and back-end software to deliver innovating projects, improve user experience and drive customer retention.
• Determine the viability of new projects, identify requirements to execute new ideas, and ensure the projects are technically feasible.
• Vendor management: Oversee vendor management, engagement, and solutions.
• Track budget and provide project status reports regularly.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to the development team and the vendors.

Key Requirements: 

• Excellent project management skills including planning, resource management and completing project tasks on time.
• Proven track record in delivering technical or digital projects.
• Strong technical knowledge, comfortable discussing high-level technical solutions with development teams.
• SaaS and AI experience is nice to have but will be essential.
• Excellent communications skills, fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Proactive and passionate about technology and the latest trends.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Project Manager position.
