Nakama has partnered with a Virtual Bank in their search for a Project Manager to join their Hong Kong Team. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking team that will build and deliver one of Hong Kong’s first virtual banks. 

The Project Manager will sit alongside the marketing team to deliver digital marketing initiatives to the Hong Kong market. The successful candidate will drive the company’s vision through managing stakeholders’ expectations, project scoping and end to end platform delivery. Having a positive and adaptable attitude will be key to be successful in the ever-changing environment of virtual banks.

Your key responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing activities and strategies to support business line goals.
• Deliver measurable and customer-centric marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement.
• Interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish marketing plans and objectives for projects.
• Collaborate with internal partners and ensures all the projects are in compliance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 5-7 years of digital project experience.
• Strong website or mobile app marketing background and have confidence in their ability to be a sole contributor and be open to collaboration.
• Work experience of banks and internet financial companies is required.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skill and patience with a demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Familiar with risk management and HKMA regulations.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing industry and marketplace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
