Responsibilities:

• Manage, planning & design on the Microsoft Windows, VMware, Linux & network Infrastructure
• Create and maintain operation procedures and general systems documentation, provide operational support to IT systems including server monitoring, backup and restore, patching, and other duties as required
• Evaluate and prepare specification for new or enhancement projects
• Perform analysis, diagnosis, resolution of complex infrastructure problems with both internal & external parties and provide end-user support

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5 years of experience in core Windows infrastructure and VMware, including Active Directory, certificate services, DNS, DHCP, SQL Server, O365, WSUS, HCI, Veeam and various other core network/service oriented protocols, with well-rounded production operations background is preferable
• Experience in IP Routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP & OSPF) as well as WAN technology
• Certified in MSCE, CCNA/CCNP or other recognized certificate is an advantage
• Strong desire to learn new tools and technologies
