Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify requirements from the clients/users;
• Develop web-based solution with interactive 3d presentations to engage stakeholders and clients;
• Integrate data from IoT  devices into Common Data Environment  (CDE);
• Develop Add-ons to BIM based software for automation and productivity improvement;
• Documentation of user manuals;
• Collaborate with MIS (IT) team to develop integrated BIM services to construction projects.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Architectural Studies / Structural Engineering / Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
• Basic knowledge in C# and Javascript a must;
• Knowledge with three.js / Unity a big plus;
• Experience with Autodesk API development and web service development will be a plus;
• Experience with AEC design professions or BIM project implementation is preferred, but not a must;
• Experience with training (IT, BIM, design, construction coordination) is preferred;
• Independent;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

* Candidate with more experience will be considered as BIM Engineer.
