Job Description

• Representing the management in handling all guest enquiries, greeting VIP guests, ensuring service excellence;
• Acting as coordinator and providing instructions to staff members at different departmental levels to ensure prompt and adequate service;
• Handling emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures, such as ensuring the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff members;
• Assisting the Hotel Manager in the management of the hotel operations and ensuring the smooth running of reception and the guest service counter;

Requirement

• Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant or similar experience and pre-opening experience preferred
• Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and inter-personal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Shift duty including overnight shift is required
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is essential
• Detail oriented, independent and able to handle challenges
