The Consulting function manages provides our clients with Advisory and Assurance services. The Advisory functions include Operations Transformation, Technology Transformation, Executive Advisory and Cyber Threat Intelligence. The Assurance functions include Adversarial Emulation, Threat Hunting and Crisis Response, and Risk Advisory.

The function works across the corporate and business teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and other offices and partners to deliver cross-functional projects that require resources from multiple business units.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide local and regional delivery of consulting services and expanding the customer base
• Contribute to the development of Ensign’s Consulting offerings and engagement delivery in Asia Pacific
• Prepare client proposals, project plans, identifying project dependencies, roles and responsibilities, scope and deliverables
• Participate in projects ensuring successful client engagements and quality assurance
• Conduct industry research to identify industry good practices and derive insights relevant to the client problems
• Continuously build knowledge, surfacing new insights and demonstrating thought leadership contributing to practice development
• Create compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements

Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other equivalents.
• 3 years of experience with application penetration testing and vulnerability analysis
• 3 years of experience with network penetration testing and vulnerability analysis
• Experience in consulting, including both internal and client facing experiences.
• Strong team orientation, collaborative, diplomatic and agile to work effectively in a matrixed organisation
• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
• Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experienced in exploiting analytics to adopt a data driven strategy and tactics to generate insights
• High detail-orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality and rigour in deliverables
• Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team to formulate, institute and monitor security policies and procedures
• Understand business and technology trends and their implications to business.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Preferred Skills /Qualities

• 3 years of experience with technology solution implementation and development.
• 3 years of experience with technology solutions design.
• Good understanding of web applications, system and infrastructure architecture.
• Familiarity with Virtualised environments and Cloud environments.
• Proficient with networking and system administration.
• Good understanding of technology controls to address technology vulnerabilities.
• Experience with research, technical documentation and analysis.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, initiative and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
• Ability to show proficiency in one or more regional languages and dialects.
• Familiar with programming languages and scripting, e.g. .NET programming, Java programming, Python, Perl, Javascript, VB Script, Batch Scripting, Bash scripting, Cron scripting, Powershell, etc.
• Familiar with the MITRE ATT&CK Framework, OWASP Testing Guide, OWASP Top Ten Most Critical Web Application Security Risks.
• Possession of excellent presentation and briefing skills.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional certifications, including CREST, OSCP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ZCEA, TOGAF, CAP, CISSP, or SANS certifications (e.g. GPEN).
