Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Perform daily IT helpdesk front-line support
- Handle helpdesk calls related to desktops/laptops, email platforms and related systems
- Support end user for their PC operation systems, network support, hardware/software applications and peripherals issues
- Assist in hardware/software, system/network upgrade
- Perform daily backup schedule on required systems
Job Requirements:
- Secondary Graduate, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology is preferred
- Experience in Windows support, hardware/software support
- Knowledge in email support or video conference support is a high advantage
- Min. 1 year working experience in IT related field
- Good communications skill and self-motivated
