Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support the Sales Performance Management System
• Participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including user requirements analysis, program design, coding development, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, etc.
• Collect and analyze business requirements
• Develop software requirements specifications
• Conduct the system implementation, configuration and deployment
• Perform any ad hoc projects as requested

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in technical development environment as analyst programmer
• Strong SQL and data analysis skill
• Proficiency in MS SQL, C# and other open-platform technologies
• Practical experience in Unix and Windows development platform
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial industry is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
