Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and enhance for our Shopify platform and website
• Responsible for coding, system analysis, design, application implementation and documentation of various projects
• Perform professional technical support on both hardware (PC, notebook, Mac, server, printer and other computer peripheral devices) & software installation, configuration and maintenance
• Perform day-to-day network, internet connection, LAN, router setup and technical support, maintain and provide troubleshooting services
• Deliver quality IT services and solution to back office and retail shop end-users
• Monitor the hardware inventory control and updates
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-Commerce or related disciplines
• 2-5 years relevant working experience in IT support, preferably in Retail Technology, Digital marketing or e-Commerce industry
• Hands-on experience with Shopify platform would be a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Independent, Pro-active attitude and good interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
