A regional developer of innovative next generation online games is looking for an UX Designer for its Hong Kong office.

Reporting to the Head of Product Development, your key responsibilities are:

• Assist the team to understand user requirements by conducting usability tests, A/B tests and research
• Improve designs via wireframe and prototyping
• Focus on fine design details that makes the product stand out
• Conduct research via focus groups and usability tests
• Keep improving user experiences base on insights from the data
• Stay current with latest UX design trends, tools, best and emerging practices

Requirements:

• UX experience on gaming product or Digital agency background who can demonstrate creativity
•  Understanding of UI/UX design methodologies on mobile and desktop platform
•  Passionate in design and technology savvy to understand latest digital technologies and trend
•  Good communication and presentation skills to clearly explain the design direction with reasons and logic
•  Good command of English and Chinese
•  Good time management, organisational and documentation skills is an advantage
•  Good understanding of interaction, journeys and prototyping is an advantage
•  Over 3 years of experience in Design and 1 year of experience in interactive digital creative design
•  Degree in Design, Multimedia; related disciplines; or equivalent professional experience
•  Self-motivated, willing to learn and strong sense of responsibility and commitment
•  Experienced in InVision and Sketch will be an advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior UX Designer.
