Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for hardware and software setup, maintenance and Troubleshooting technical issues;
• Maintain IT operations, provide technical support and troubleshooting on servers, PC, network, POS and backend systems;
• Test and deploy applications, system and security patch;
• Diagnose and repair faults and resolve network issues;
• Provide timely and accurate users feedback;
• Support roll-out of new applications, systems and equipment for daily operations;
• Test and evaluate new technologies;
• Ensure systems and equipment are optimized for day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application and helpdesk support
• Hands-on experience in supporting Windows Active Directory, anti-virus software and security patch deployment, firewall and network switch configuration and management
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Certificate holders of MCSE, CCNA is preferred
• Require to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in rotation
• Able to work under pressure
