We are working with a leading financial institution, where they are undergoing a large scale transformation programme across digital and innovations. They are looking for young and bright project analyst to join their team. The successful candidate would work with different senior stakeholders, technology counterparts and new innovative ideas. Responsibilities:

• Collect and prepare requirements specifications, functional specifications and solutions designs with stakeholders, project team members and senior management.
• Acts as a liaison between internal clients and technical organization by planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Schedule and facilitate systems analysis and technical interviews, status meetings, and topic meetings.
• Develop and maintain project plan, issues log, action item log, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and other artifacts as required by governing methodology and firm policies.
• Manage project management toolsets and methodology using Agile and Scrum.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Project Analyst.
• Exposure in the digital, mobile and/or innovation technology projects. Candidates come from digital agency is a great plus.
• Great organizational skills to manage multiple work assignments. Has a good sense of urgency and can drive the success of the project.
• Experience in project management lifecycle across Agile and Scrum is highly preferred.
• Experience in analysis and documentation of detailed requirements and design for IT and business efforts to include review, change and approval processing.
• Exceptional Communications skills in English and Cantonese. 
• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University.
