Job Description

Responsibilities:

To perform daily system administration and support on Microsoft Exchange & AD system
To provide technical evaluation and recommend solutions, mainly on Microsoft Exchange & AD system related areas
To conduct testing and verification as when necessary
To help on Microsoft Exchange & AD project implementation when required
To perform level 2 technical support and/or problem diagnosis on outlook client

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in computer science or equivalent
Minimum 3 years technical support working experience in an organization with at least 1,000 users on
Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure with multiple domains, hierarchy of domain controllers dispersed in international locations in high availability set up
Microsoft Exchange Server Infrastructure with multiple servers in high availability set up
Certification holder of related Microsoft qualification is necessary
Experience on email system related infrastructure will be preferable, e.g. Cisco IronPort, FireEye
Good team player
Flexible to take up occasional off-office hours support and technical maintenance work
