Our client is a global healthcare MNC and now they are looking for a head of application to drive their application team in HK. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead a application team to identify, develop and implement projects and systems;
• Work closely with in-house IT professionals and vendors to enhance the internal IT System to meet the expanding business requirements
• Develop IT strategic planning and governance processes 
• Improve customer engagement for all IT related project
• Lead and assign the internal IT team for clients' on-site support and project delivery
• Promote best practices for the design, building and operation of IT Systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Studies or related discipline
• At least 15 years relevant experience of which 7 years supervisory level
• Solid experience in Java or .Net, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, RESTful API
• Knowledge in DevOps or Azure Cloud environment is an advantage
• Solid experience in managing team of delivery professionals to ensure application delivery within budget and committed schedules in good quality
• Experience in Insurance, FI, sizable MNC a big plus
• Excellent operational, change and project management skill
• Strong in full cycle application development, vendor management and etc 
• Fluent in English and Cantonese communication
