（一）工作职责

1. 负责企业整体软件架构管控与设计；
2. 负责公司现存系统，新建系统的架构技术对接；
3. 根据业务规划制定相应的技术规划，负责业务需求定位和应用系统架构审核；
4. 解决关键技术问题，负责关键技术攻关，对开发团队进行技术指导和培训；
5. 负责前沿新兴技术跟踪研究，并将前沿技术逐步应用到企业的系统整体架构中；
6. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

（二）任职要求

1. 大学本科及以上学历，具有5年以上JAVA大型软件研发岗位工作经验，3年以上架构工作经验；
2. 具备多年企业软件架构管控经验，熟悉包括ERP、CRM、财务管理等在内的传统企业软件系统，并熟悉包括云计算、大数据、微服务等在内的系统架构；
3. 具备企业系统架构的设计和管控能力，以及在企业整体系统架构下纳入新技术、新需求的架构整合能力；
4. 具备业务需求理解、整合能力，能够快速洞察业务需求，将业务需求精准地在系统架构中定位；
5. 具备多年大型系统开发经验，熟悉大型系统开发流程，了解应用系统全生命周期管控；
6. 精通JAVA语言，精通多线程、面向对象编程，精通主流的微服务技术(如Dubbo、spring cloud)，熟悉主流的开源中间件（如Zookeeper、Redis、rocketmq等）；
7. 具备良好的执行力、沟通能力和团队协作能力，工作责任心强，能够胜任多项目并行任务；
8. 香港居民优先考虑。

（一）Job Responsibilities：

• Responsible for the management, control and design of the overall software architecture of the enterprise.
• Responsible for the connection of existing system and new system architecture technology of the company.
• Formulate corresponding technical plan according to business plan, and be responsible for pinpoint business demand and review application system architecture.
• Solve key technical problems, provide technical guidance and training to the development team.
• Responsible for the tracking and research of Frontier emerging technologies, and gradually apply frontier technologies to the overall system architecture of the enterprise.
• Other duties as assigned.

（二）Job Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years working experience in large software R & D position, 3 years working experience in architecture.
• With rich experience in enterprise software architecture management and control, familiar with traditional enterprise software systems including ERP, CRM, financial management, etc., and familiar with system architecture including cloud computing, big data, micro services, etc.
• Have the ability to design and control the enterprise system architecture, as well as the ability to integrate the architecture with new technologies and new requirements under the overall system architecture of the enterprise.
• Have the ability to understand and integrate business requirements, quickly insight and inference into business requirements, and accurately pinpoint business requirements in the system architecture
• Have many years of large-scale system development experience, be familiar with large-scale system development process, and understand the whole life cycle management and control of application system
• Proficient in Java language, multithreading, object-oriented programming, mainstream micro Service Technology (such as Dubbo, spring cloud), and mainstream open-source middleware (such as zookeeper, Redis, rocketmq, etc.);
• Good execution, communication and team work skills, strong sense of responsibility, capable of multi project parallel tasks.
• Hong Kong residents are preferred.
