Job Summary

To manage CDFI IT systems and projects, including to deliver daily IT support to supplying system and internal system, to coordinate with system integration, and to lead change on existed systems for business or in-house need.

Responsibilities

Daily Support

Hands-on daily support of all business related and in-house IT systems;

Coordinate with HQ or vendor to deliver excellent IT support service;

Manage work of onsite third-party IT consultant;

Work closely with HR department and management team to make sure internal system procedure and functionalities are up-to-date;

Seek for needs on system/software improvement proactively and make changes happen;

Backup hardware and network support if needed;

Project Management

Coordinate ongoing projects as a bridge of HQ, end user, and tech vendor;

Work closely with each department to understand business needs, and lead system change to happen for the existed systems;

Get involved in business development plan and contribute from IT side;

General

Fulfil any other role duties as directed by the integrated management department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Software Engineering, System Engineering, or other IT related areas

• 5+ years related work experience

• Experience of retail system, ERP or BI and other enterprise systems support and project management

• Experience of in-house system business needs analytics and structure design

• Knowledge of hardware and network related area

• Capable to work individually, but is also a good team player, able to build good relationship with multiple cross functional teams

• Mandarin and English is a must, Cantonese preferrable
