Responsibilities:

• Implement the new Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) and facilitate government departments to adopt the services

• Responsible for the project and contractor management of the GCIS contract
• Take part in the project management and contractor management for GCIS implementation
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage the implementation and acceptance of GCIS and the migration of existing projects to GCIS
• Monitor and manage the contractor's deliverables including quality, punctuality, etc.
• Coordinate and support departments to adopt GCIS, including client liaison, preparation of house rules and guidelines

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 8 years or above working experience in IT infrastructure area
• Knowledge and experience in cloud computing technologies including server virtualisation, networking, storage, security, etc.
• Solid experience in managing IT projects and contractor management
• Competent communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal techniques
• Experience in project management and acceptance of deliverables of IT infrastructure project is preferred
• Hands-on experience in advanced security devices including firewall, anti-DDoS, etc. will be an advantage
• Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques
