Our client, a listed company, is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows:

Database Administrator (30-40K)

Responsibilities:

Perform database administration
Oracle / MSSQL database installation, configuration, upgrade, management, backup, recovery
Responsible for database performance monitoring and tuning
Experience in IBM AIX, Sun Solaris, HPUX, Windows platform
Working exp. in UNIX Shell Scripts and Database Scripting languages is plus
Maintain database high availability and ensure all production database work properly

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines
At least 2 years hands-on experience of Oracle / MSSQL database administration and support
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, database and shell script/programming
Knowledge in Windows and Unix/Linux platforms
Certification of Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional
