Job Description
Our client is a global high-frequency trading software solution provider, they are looking for a Technical Assistance Center help-desk position who is looking to expand their technical skills while learning more about the financial industry.
Responsibility:
- Provide informative technical support to clients
- Perform investigation and troubleshooting
- Provide real-time technical support of the trading applications through phone or chat communication
Requirement:
- Experiences in Operating Systems (Windows/Mac OS X/Linux) and Mobile Operating System (iOS/Android) support
- Experiences in general network configuration support
- Help-desk support experience and real-time troubleshooting
- Exposure to Java programming and web based applications preferred
- Fresh graduates welcomed
