Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to perform system and user support.

• Provide on-site support to end users;
• Provide technical support on desktop computers, mobile devices and office automation systems such as email systems, networked file systems and etc;
• Responsible for configuration and setup, operational support as well as troubleshooting;
• Require to work at Government offices in either Yau Tsim Mong District or Wanchai District; and
• Require to carry pager for first-line support during non-office hours.

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of IT working experience;
• Minimum 1 year experience as System Engineer or similar capacity;
• Solid experience in office automation, PC LAN support and Windows 7/8/10; and
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
