Responsibilities:

Reporting to department head, the candidate will be responsible to drive the excellence of both internal and external AI project management, implementation and fulfilment.

The main responsibilities include:

• Project management tasks spanning the whole software project lifecycle.
• Conduct requirement gathering and analysis, and work with stakeholders to define project scope, and produce project documentation.
• Project resource, budget and schedule planning and ROI analysis.
• Effective project control and risk mitigation.
• Be responsible for on-time, high-quality and within-the-budget project delivery.
• Work with subject matter experts to construct business solutions encapsulating big data and analytical technologies.
• Establish and maintain high-efficiency and high-quality in-house software development and AI project implementation process and standard, and continuously drive for project management process optimisation and better resource utilisation.
• Regular project review and reporting.
• Ensuring process compliance with the organizational product development flow and software development practices.
• Maintaining good communication with all stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Foster healthy and collaborative team culture.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience of project management at software houses, Internet/technology companies, or consulting firms.
• Background or knowledge in software development, Web application development, system integration, and database.
• A professional project management qualification, such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2.
• Experience in big data analytics and AI projects is a big plus.
• A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, an ability to make decisions, and a passion for excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business audience in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Good multitasking and time management.
