Software Development Lead 

Responsibilities:

• Lead 10+ developers, QA and etc. 
• Work closely with internal users and customers to deeply understand their requirements
• Leads the architecture strategy for one or more products
• Oversees all complex design work, to ensure codebase meets functional and non-functional requirements
• Leads improvements in the architecture, performance, and reliability of our products
• Knowing its codebase comprehensively and being able to make decisions on how best to extend functionality or refactor it
• Develop and evolve engineering patterns, best practices, and reference implementations to consistently increase the rate of sharing and reuse across the globe  

Requirements:

• Extensive development background across Python, Django, Rest API, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 or similar technologies
• Familiar with Agile and DevOps practice and principle. TDD, CI/CD and other approaches to accelerate the software delivery
• Interested in building first-class product to solve real world problems
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle conflicting requirements from many different stakeholders
• Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities
• Provides technical leadership by proposing new approaches and technologies, and follows them through to acceptance
• Proven ability to deliver high quality complex software to time, to scope, and with outstanding quality
• Comfortable with assessing, learning and introducing new technology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a software engineering team
• Degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field

Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers for collecting and steering user requirements
• Developing technical solutions, leading architectural design and programming architecture for code
• Applying mathematical, statistical and analytical skills to develop solutions
• Identifying strategies, initiatives and remedies
• Serving integration product features to product teams

Qualifications

• 5 years application development experience which includes 2+ years as a technical lead, solution architect or equivalent in an MNCs, preferably gained in the financial services industry
• Familiar with Agile development methodology. A certified Scrum master or TOGAF certified would be an advantage
• Technical driven mindset with wide exposure to latest technologies
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• A good communicator with proficiency in English
• Able to work under pressure
• Eager to take opportunities to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a natural willingness to always go the extra mile
• Solid experience in blockchain or related systems will be an advantage
